Personal Statement
My personal goal is to become the best student and best athlete that I can be. I am excited about what I’ve been able to accomplish as well as the opportunities to come. Along the way, I want to be a leader to those around me as well.
Making the varsity volleyball team was amazing. Being a captain made it even more special. The best part was being a part of a team that had the best record in school history. I’ve learned many new ways to make a positive impact on and off the court. As my high school season progressed, I really learned what it took to be a leader. I am now building on those experiences with my club team.
My high school has a vigorous academic program. Maintaining a 4.0 gpa during volleyball season required a lot of hard work. Academics are very important to me. I work to be a winner in the classroom as well as on the volleyball court.
I am looking for a program that will fulfill my academic and athletic goals. As a captain on my varsity and club teams, I know what it takes to be a leader. I look forward to finding that great opportunity.
