I am a good candidate for college teams because I learn quickly when learning new things, I have good height, I am left handed and I am good at playing any position. What makes me different from other recruits in character, athletics and academics is when I am learning something new, I may need help but once I am shown how to do it, I am able to do it and learn from my mistakes. I also realize I am not perfect and am open to suggestions and corrections. I love the sport of volleyball and have directed my focus away from other sports to focus on volleyball. As far as academics, I do realize I have inattentive ADD and a comprehensive learning disability but I have grown since my diagnosis and continue to learn how to focus on ways I need to learn and take test. It is not easy and I have not mastered my disability but I continue to work at it each day!
