Abbigail Ash '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I’m Abbigail Ash. I’ve been playing volleyball since 3rd grade and have played club since 5th grade. I love volleyball and it is my passion. I love working with my teammates and pushing myself to become a better player.  I love the feeling you get after you play a hard game and you know you put all your effort in and it paid off. I am a very coachable person and I enjoy receiving critiques on how to become a better athlete. I am a team player and love to work hard and help my team succeed. My primary position is right-side hitting but I have been setting since I was 12. I have also run a 5-1 before and I feel comfortable setting front row and attacking. In addition to volleyball, I maintain a 3.85/4.0 GPA and attend the Freshman Academy in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Broken Arrow is one of the largest school districts in the state of Oklahoma. I play for the Freshman and JV-1 team at school.  I manage school and sports well. It's my absolute goal and dream to play volleyball in college while pursuing a degree. I am an athlete who will work hard and give 100% effort for volleyball and in my studies.
