My goal is to play volleyball at a high level. I love the speed and intensity of the competition. I am a good candidate for your team because I am a very hard worker, and I don’t give up when facing adversity. I work very hard in school, too, and I am very determined to be my best at all times. I know it’s okay to make mistakes because that means you are trying new things and mistakes only make you better. I am different from other recruits because I feel I am very positive and hard working all the time. I have remained this way despite setbacks and challenges that I have faced along the way. I feel these instances have made me stronger physically and mentally as they required me to fight through things others haven’t, and that makes me stronger all around. My academics are very important to me, and I know that you need to be a good student athlete and maintain a healthy balance between school and sports.
