I am a natural leader. Whether I'm on the bench or the court, I make sure I'm bringing the energy. If I am having an "off" day and I can't be the best athlete I can be performance-wise, I take the challenge of being the best teammate. I push others to be their best while knowing my place, and I push myself even harder.
I am competitive. I LIVE to see my hard work paying off. I enjoy constructive criticism. I own up to my mistakes and learn from them, and I was blessed with parents that didn’t let me get into the habit of making excuses.
I am fun. I love practice and making the environment enjoyable. I can keep the court serious and competitive while keeping an uplifting manner, which isn’t a very common trait. I enjoy developing relationships with others and I LOVE watching everyone improve and succeed together. I am very well-rounded and despite being a huge social butterfly, I’m willing to sacrifice my activities in exchange for the betterment of myself, whether that is extra practice, training, studying, rehab, or rest.
Lastly, I have heart. I have a passion for the sport. I want to excel in volleyball with every fiber of my being.
It is my goal to play at the next level, and I am confident that, with discipline, I am able. I want to go as far as I possibly can. Reach out to me! I’d love to get to know you!
