Personal Statement
My name is Khristyn Howard, and I am a MB/OH for the class of 2017. I have played volleyball for 3 years, and I love it more each year I play. When I step into the gym, I am not only trying to make myself better but also my team. I am a well-rounded volleyball player being able to play any position on the front row and back.
I am Captain for 2017 and was Captain of the 2016 season at St Paul Prep. Academy in Arlington, Tx.
For the past three years from 2014-2016 I have been 2016 School Volleyball MVP, 2016 TCAF All Star Weekend MVP Player, 2015 – 2016 TCAF Division II All Star Player, 2015 - 2016 State Division II MVP Player,2015 – 2016 TCAF Division II State Champs, 2014 – 2015 Pat McChesney Regional Champ 15Y Gold Division,2014 – 2015 TCAF Division II State Champs, 2014 – 2015 Varsity MVP – St. Paul Preparatory Academy, 2014 – 2015 TCAF Division II All Star Player and Player of the Match – 08/27/13, 09/24/13, 09/11/14, 08/24/14, 09/08/15, 10/15/15.
I am searching for the best blend of high level volleyball and academic excellence. I am an Honors student just completing my fall semester of my junior year with a 3.77. I love to compete and also want to be academically challenged in Forensic Science and Criminal Justice as a degree major. I play hard, practice hard, and study hard all at one speed - full speed.
No matter where I am and what ever I do, I give 110%. Try hard and give it all of your might all the time.
