Personal Statement

Goals: I would like to start on a college wrestling team for at least 3 years of my college career, qualify for the national tournament at least twice, and place in the national tournament at least once. Having a winning record would be the most basic of my goals for each year. I believe I stand out from many other recruits because I strive to be the best person I can be at all times, whether it be on the mat, in the classroom, and socially. I also play no other sport besides wrestling, so my focus is all on my wrestling, or my schoolwork. A day hasn't passed since 8th grade that I haven't thought about my wrestling. I am also extremely interested in many of my school subjects, which makes me want to do good in my classes.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
