My collegiate goals and aspirations are to wrestle in a division one college and excel in the sport of wrestling as well as get a degree in my preferred field of study. What makes me a good candidate for a collegiate team would be my heart, drive, dedication, and overall passion for the sport I love. I have a very strong work ethic and I realize that even though wrestling is an individual sport it is also a team sport and as much as I want to better myself I also want to help others in achieving their highest potential in the sport of wrestling and life in general. I think what makes me different from other recruits is the fact that I am open to listening and learning from others to be the best leader I can be. Peoples opinions and advice are important and I learn quickly from my mistakes and the success of others in order to become a better leader not only for myself and my team but for life in general. As far as athletics go, I believe my work ethic and drive separate me from most people in the sport of wrestling. I realize what I have to do in order to excel and rise to the top. I strongly believe in the saying " rise to the occasion" in athletics and also in academics. Academically I think what makes me different from other recruits is the importance of learning for life. Learning in studies often determines where you will go in life. As much as I love wrestling and hate studying I know they are equal in importance and I am willing to give both my best efforts.
