My goal is to go to a Christian college where I can grow as a person and in my faith, as well as succeed in playing baseball. Growing up I always played two years up in age with my older brother on his baseball teams. He's a pitcher and I'm a catcher and play third base. I played a lot of baseball throughout the years for many different school and club teams all the way through 8th grade.
I was a freshman in high school when Covid canceled the baseball season. I transferred to another Christian school the next year and took a break from baseball and focused on academics. Right before my senior year, I started to really miss the game, especially hitting, and asked the high school coach if I could have a chance to play. I worked hard to get back into it all again and my skills and faith both grew. My whole life coaches have told me that I am a hard worker who learns quickly. They say I have a natural swing and a strong arm.
Right now, I'm working with a hitting coach. I will also play with a club team. I am taking a gap semester or year.
