Nicholas Anaya '19 Recruiting Profile

My goal as a student athlete is to be a great baseball player while also being a great student in class. It would be a dream come true to go through college playing baseball, then go on to the pros and become one of those role models players in the major league. I would be the right person for any college because I have the ability to play anywhere that is needed for a coach. If the coach needs me to play outfield, I'll play outfield. If coach needs me to play infield, I'll play there. Even if coach needs me to have great energy on the bench, I will have the energy and I will wait until it is my time to shine and I will perform as best as I can. For most students, it's hard to maintain good grades while also playing a sport, but I can be that student who challenges himself to keep his grades up while in a season. I won't give up just because something is hard, I will pursue it and dominate the challenge until I can achieve that goal.
