Spring 2023- Vars...Personal Statement
This season, we won the CIF-SS Division 5 Championship. Throughout the journey through the playoffs, I felt that I improved a lot and my hard work during the offseason was able to benefit the team. My coach started me in the championship game and I threw a complete game shutout. The previous games prepared me for this start, both mentally and physically. By starting many games on the road against big teams, I felt mentally prepared to throw on the big stage in the championship. After this season, I feel that I have a lot to contribute and want to play at the next level. I have a strong work ethic that my coaches can attest to, and I am very coachable and open to criticism.
