Kyle Schwulst '18 Recruiting Profile

I have had the dream of playing college baseball ever since I was a little kid. A lot of people tell me that I am a late developer. When I started my high school career, I was never the player that stood out.  As I began to develop more, I started to show the coaches what I am capable of achieving. I started to spend a lot of time in the weight room,  and I would always work on my mechanics. I continue to do that to this day.  I pride myself on my work ethic and always give maximum effort.  I have a passion and a desire to get better everyday.  I want to play at the next level, and I am willing to do everything I can to make that happen.  I am the type of player who will not sulk after a bad performance, but I will come back and work even harder to fix the mistakes that I made in the past.  I am also reminded to be humble after a solid outing.  I have a positive attitude and will always compete hard and work to make my team and teammates better.
