It is my goal to play baseball at the collegiate level. My older brother plays at Creighton and I would like to experience similar things as he has. Baseball provides a family away from home and I look forward to encouraging as well as competing on the field with my teammates.
I have had a productive, solid fall season and am hitting well with many XBH from both sides of the plate. Speed - I have it and you will see it out of the box, on the bases and in the field.

- 02/23/2020 - College PREP - Parker (Denver), CO Blake is an athletic OF/RHP who has a tremendous future on the diamond. In the OF not many balls get down that are hit his way (6.95 60 time). Transfer exchange is smooth as he zips throws (88 mph velocity) on a line through his target. He has the versatility to play all 3 OF spots effectively and shows big play potential. At the plate, he continues to shine, displaying excellent hitting potential through an athletic setup. He stands in with a solid/strong base and has fluid rhythm to load. Barrel delivery is short/quick with aggression as he connects with power (87 mph exit velocity) driving to all parts of the field. On the mound, he gathers over the rubber and separates his hands on time. He works with a loose arm and extends through on his release, staying inline towards the plate. He shows a three pitch mix with his fastball topping out at 79 mph. Breaking ball sits from 64-65 mph with 11/5 shape gradual break. Changeup sits from 73-74 mph with sinking action. Off speed stuff show potential as being outstanding pitches that will get outs. Control is solid as he throws strikes with all his pitches. Blake has a tremendous upside and will get looks from the top collegiate coaches with his baseball abilities.
