Christopher (CJ) Lucero '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Christoper (CJ) Lucero, I am a multi sport athlete and academic scholar. I have many passions and goals that I push myself to accomplish, such as graduating college at the highest level I possibly can, impacting the lives of the people around me, and play baseball at the collegiate level.  I have always strived to be the best at everything that I do. I perform highly on and off the field. Academically I excel at the top of my class with a weighted GPA of a 4.32 over the course of my high school career. I enjoy creating a close bond with those who have the same aspirations as me and who will help push me to be the best I could possibly be. I am a good candidate for your team because I am dependable, hard working and coachable. I am willing to do whatever I need in order to help the team succeed. I'm different then other recruits because my leadership skills are one of my best attributes. I enjoy helping  my teammates and encouraging them to be the best they can be. I do whatever I can to create a bond with my teammates, I see them as more as my family then just friends or teammates. Baseball is more then a game to me, it's a way of life.
