Grant Gilooly '22 Recruiting Profile

To whom it may concern, My name is Grant Gilooly I am 6’ and 162 pounds. I have been playing baseball since I was four years old.  Since I began playing the game of baseball I knew early on that I wanted to go as far as my attitude, skills, and performance would take me.  As a sophomore I am currently playing for both JV and Varsity Baseball programs for John Carroll Catholic High School. My primary position is shortstop although I have the ability to play all infield and outfield position. I aspire to play college baseball at the division 1 level. My parents have help me stay grounded and focused on achieving my goals academically, athletically, and as a individual. I have taken responsibility for my personal growth on and off of the field. My work ethic and drive are both stray and consistent, which is the fuel to my daily workout regimens . I am dedicated to building strength and discipline with my diet. I am surrounded by great baseball minds and mentors, who have helped me stay humble and hungry. The things I enjoy away from the game are spending time with my family, watching movies, and hanging out with my friends.
