2019 was a big growth year for me physically, academically, and spiritually. I grew from 5'6 to 5'10 and my plates are still open as I have Osgood-Schlatter. It made for an exciting and challenging year as I also added more than 30 pounds through strength training. I attended TimberCreek High School for 3 periods and did 3 classes online so I could attend TNXL Baseball Academy 10 to 4 daily. I continue to have excellent grades with a 3.2 unweighted and 3.8 weighted GPA. I will be taking the ACT on June 8th.
In 2019, I started for the TNXL Varsity team which played Juco, DII and high school prep teams as well as had good playing time on our Prospect team. For 2020, I will be a starter on the TNXL Prospect Team as well as full time virtual student at the academy. Our Prospect team plays independent ball and primarily play DII and JUCO schools as well as IMG and some additional prep academies. We won the PBR World Prep Championship last week in Fort Lauderdale. I am solid switch hitter for the last 5 years and play mostly 3rd with some 2nd mixed in as well. While I have not made a final decision, I believe I will be pursuing a BBA in College. I achieved the Gold Medal of Achievement in Royal Rangers which is a the equivalent of a Eagle Scout. I currently work as a youth group volunteer in two churches.
