Zack Counts '23 Recruiting Profile

As you know, my name is Zack Counts and I am a catcher from the class of 2023. I chose to play baseball because of the way that you are forced to think while also using your instincts. In my opinion, baseball is the hardest sport to play, that is another great reason. In addition, baseball is America's pastime which is great. I am from Tallahassee, FL but I moved to Thomasville when I was 14. Ever since moving to Thomasville, I have begun to enjoy and embrace the outdoors. I love to spend time camping and fishing, as well as, working on baseball. I moved schools in the eighth grade and started to thrive. In eighth grade, I won the Woodmen Life American History Award along with other academic achievements. As an eighth grader, I started on my high school's varsity baseball team and won Honorable Mention All-Region. I am an honest and loyal person and I love to crack a few jokes.
