Michael Corkish '23 Recruiting Profile

Class of 2023.  I'm a 2 year letterman in both Baseball and Basketball, however my passion has always belonged to Baseball. I was born in Montana and moved to Idaho in middle-school. I grew up with amazing influences as a Baseball Coach's son, and a step-mother who is a 2-time Olympian and 2012 Gold Medalist. I was born deaf in my left ear, and have mild hearing loss in my right ear. I have had to overcome adversity to succeed in both sport and academics my entire life. With determination and the use of bi-cross hearing aids, I do not let my hearing impairment define me, or hold me back in anything I do. I attend the highest ranked academic high school in Idaho as academics are very important to me. I am a dedicated team-player that wants to find the right fit for an education in Business, while continuing to follow my passion of Baseball.
