Personal Statement

My name is Kade Schneider.  I am currently a  junior and attend barrington high school in barrington Illinois.  I was born on January 6, 2005 (The year White Sox won World Series).  I am currently  6'4” and 195 LBS. I am a switch hitter and left handed thrower. My primary position is out field (I can play all of positions) and my secondary position is 1B.    I hit for power from both sides of the plate.  i am also a sub 7 second 60 yard runner.  I love the game of baseball since I can remember.  I have been in travel baseball since I was 8 years old and just had the best time at Cooperstown hitting two home runs in my first game!   Since the age of four I have played the game.  I had great coaches over the years and I respect the game of baseball so much and continue to learn more about the game every time I play (which is almost daily).   I try to lift weights four to five times a week cause I realize that the only way to obtain my dreams in baseball I have to put the hard work in.  Even though I had a lot of success when younger does not mean anything is guaranteed in life.  2020 has been very challenging because of Covid.  I missed my freshmen year in baseball but i hit over .420 my sophomore year.   I want to study business in college and play baseball for a great scholastic school.   My grades are very important and I am taking advanced math and engineering courses throughout high school.    I look forward to having more success in life and on the field and I am determined to make that happen.

Respectfully Kade Schneider

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
