Since starting tee ball to now this journey has given me the opportunity to play at a high level early in my high school career as well as a competitive travel team. Baseball has allowed me to visit some fascinating places and the chance to meet some great athletes as well as life long friends. The dream when I was younger was always to play in the league, but as I matured I realized that I should take it piece by piece. My focus now is to play at a competitive 4 year university.
I am a hardworking, coachable player who is driven to get better every day. The betterment of the team always comes first in my mind, but as an athlete I will always strive to be the best that I can and contribute all that I can. That does not stop at the field. Academics comes first because I have sadly realized that baseball will not always be in my life and that I need to set up for my future when it is over. My major is Elementary Education. I look forward to showing young kids that hard work and dedication can take you far in life.
