Personal Statement
I am a lean, athletic catcher who has a promising future both on and off the diamond. Behind the plate, I show great pocket awareness by sticking pitches, using my body throughout the blocking process, centering balls out front, and delivering the ball quickly and accurately. At the plate, I continue to shine by displaying solid hitting abilities with well above average power. My hands are quick while I work through a level swing path, staying inside the ball and utilizing all fields.
My experiences through sports have allowed me to develop into a strong, confident, and driven student-athlete. I have found that success both in the classroom and on the field can be achieved through hard work, dedication and perseverance.
I am looking for a home that will not only push me athletically, but academically as well.
