Riley Harman '25 Recruiting Profile

From the time I was old enough to hold a baseball I fell in love with the sport. Once I stepped on to my first baseball diamond, I knew my goal to play at the college level was something I would work hard to achieve. 

 I  strive for excellence in the classroom by being a hardworking student, and maintaining a high GPA.  Being a coachable athlete along with a teachable student is a skill that I have continued to focus on.

The type of leader I strive to be,  sets me aside from other candidates. I feel leading is something that can be done with actions, and many times, little words. My biggest competitor is myself as I work to become a better athlete tomorrow that I am today. With this mindset, I have the ability to help others through my actions, and further creating an environment of teammates who work together to become the best that we can all be. I work to be the first one to practice, and the last one to leave. I consistently want to be better and do better and put the work in to make this happen. 

My goal is to attend a college where I can strive to be better in the classroom and better on the field. I am open to all options as I ultimately want to find the right match. The right match would be  a college that will help me be the best athlete I can be mentally, physically, and academically. My goal is to play in the MLB.
