With my IQ of baseball, I am able to mentor younger players. I work on and off the field on my mental and physical side of the game. I am a responsible individual with a strong foundation of integrity, accountability, hard work and dedication. Great in both individual and team aspects of production, plus performance. I understand how to be a leader/role model to younger ones. I can communicate with others and will never let constructive criticism run through one ear and out the other. I understand all the positions on the field and know what their jobs are.
