Personal Statement

I would like to attend a college that offers a Bachelors and/or Masters in CyberSecurity as well as possibly play soccer or baseball. I am currently enrolled in my second year at Bluegrass Community Technical College (BCTCS) in Lexington, KY, as a Dual Enrollment student.

Awards- National Beta Club member, 2016-20, President of the CACH Chapter, in KY, 2019-20; Executive Committee, 2020-21, has run meetings in the President's absence - Cyberpatriot X Team (National Youth Cyber Defense Competition, sponsored by the Air Force Association), awarded Certificate of Excellence in honor of the outstanding technical skill, problem solving and teamwork; qualified for the CP-X Semifinal Round; obtained 2nd Place in the State of Kentucky, 2017-2018 season - State (KY) Geographic Bee (had won 3 levels to get here), 2016
Activities- Boy Scouts of America - Eagle Scout; Order of the Arrow Brotherhood Member (this is the National Honor Society for BSA); appointed Junior Assistant Scoutmaster in April 2019; received Scoutmaster Award for entire Troop (60+), 2017 - Certified Lifeguard, CPR, etc., 2018-2020; worked at YMCA as the Lifeguard, 2018-2020 - Works at Chick-fil-A from June 201 - present; training to be a Trainer at the present - Volunteers in many aspects at Forks of Elkhorn Church Student Ministry, including sharing testimony, devotions, leaf raking, snow and ice removal for our elderly, etc., 2016 - present -Volunteers with God's Food Pantry, Operation Christmas Child, Eagle Scout projects of others in the Troop, etc., 2016-present
