Personal Statement

I'm Griffin Madden, a 16 year old student-athlete from Cumberland, MD. I am a three-sport Varsity athlete at my high school, which rarely happens as a freshman. In addition to Varsity baseball, I play Varsity golf and Varsity basketball for my high school. On top of sports, I strive to do well in the classroom. I have a 4.28 GPA and am ranked 9/185 in my class. I want to continue to maintain that. I am motivated by my family who unconditionally supports me in everything I do, whether it is in sports or any aspect of my life. Baseball has been something I've known ever since I was little. I've played baseball my whole life and it's become my true passion. I want to continue achieving success by working hard and keeping the right mindset. I'm looking for a college baseball program that has a good coaching staff and a winning atmosphere.
