Matty Fichera '24 Recruiting Profile

I am a hard working and dedicated multi-sport student athlete.  My goal is to attend a four year college and play baseball.   I have played on multiple travel club teams as well as my high school team.  My greatest assets, are my attitude and work ethic coupled with my quick hands at second and power hitting.  I am willing to put in the hard work and time to make my aspiration of playing baseball a reality.   The consistent feedback received from past and current coaches is, they can put be anywhere, consider me a leader, and am extremely "coachable".  Recently I have been selected to the Baseball Factory All Region Team, and named Freshman Player Of The Year.  While maintaining academic honors I work as a Certified Red Cross Lifeguard and volunteer my time.  I look forward to showcasing my skill and discussing future academic opportunities.
