Austin Booher '11 Recruiting Profile

My name is Austin Booher (Boo) I am a senior at SAHS, I am 17 yo and I started playing baseball by starting T-ball at 5 yrs old. I knew then I wanted to play baseball forever and I still love the game now. I am 6"5" and weigh 230 lb. I contribute to the team with my dedication and leadership qualities and positive attitude along with solid defense and offensive skills. I am one of 1st to arrive and last to leave helping with all aspects of the team and field. I have played on AAA traveling teams since I was 10 and am a contributer to winning championships and tournaments with low ERA and a strong bat. I have always played 1st base and been a starting pitcher. Good sportsmanship and leading by example are important to me. I am consistently working on my skills and plan to improve to the best of my ability. I have a goal of playing for a college Coach and team and contributing as a team player. My coaches have always said how coachable I am and I am working hard to accomplish this goal.
