Weston Morgan '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Weston Morgan. I am a Junior, and a member of the Tonopah High School Varsity Baseball Team. I play 1^st base and I am a right-handed pitcher. I started playing baseball at age 5 and have been a first baseman my entire life. I’ve attended baseball camps every summer to strengthen my skills and have spent almost every single night of every off season at the field practicing. My strengths are my dedication to the team and the sport, always trying to be better than I was yesterday, maintaining consistency, and trying to be a solid, reliable teammate. The highlight of my career to this point was hitting 6 homeruns in the past 4 months (games and practice), maintaining a .634 batting average this season, and having our team compete at Regionals. My athletic goal is to play baseball in college and eventually the big league, and my educational goal is to graduate from high school with an advanced diploma and study sports medicine in college.
