Alexander Pitcher '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Alexander Pitcher and I am a Left-Handed Pitcher living in Ramsey, New Jersey. I attend Ramsey High School, Class of 2024. I will be taking a post-graduate gap year at Driveline Arizona to further develop myself as a pitcher, leading me to be a part of the 2025 recruiting class. I currently live alone in Scottsdale, AZ to train at Driveline to take full advantage of their cutting-edge data driven program.  Over the past few months, I have already seen significant improvement in mechanics and strength, and I am excited for what major strides I will make over the rest of the year. 

At an early age I chose to become a pitcher, and it has become an integral part of who am both on and off the field.  My work ethic of training with my pitching coaches, as well as on my own time, carries to my work ethic with schoolwork and beyond.  Remaining calm on the mound with all eyes on me as the pitcher regardless of how the game is going has been a strength of mine for years.  I use that composure to keep focused and driven.  As a left-handed pitcher, I have developed solid command of my four-seam, two-seam, change up, curveball. As a teammate, I like to share my baseball and pitching knowledge, particularly on my off days.  

My goal is to become the best baseball pitcher possible and find the right match in a school that suites me both athletically and academically. I have maintained a 4.2 GPA while pitching training six days a week for years.  I will continue to work hard both on and off the field during my college career as I have done thus far.
