Personal Statement
I would like to attend a division 1 major baseball oriented college with a strong business and criminal justice programs.
I have been a proven leader on all of my teams , baseball as the #1 pitcher, shortstop and 3rd hitter on every team from little league up to the present. As a freshman I was moved up to varsity baseball the last 3rd of the season . as the # 3 varsity starting pitcher.
I have also played football from the 1st grade playing flag through currently an incoming sophomore and varsity quarterback for my high school team.
I have also played basketball as a point guard through 8th grade but have decided to concentrate on my current baseball and football teams.
I am anticipating a productive academic future with the right college partner. My very strong family circle, proven leadership on the ball fields along with my fun and outgoing personality will make me a prime candidate for a major division 1 college.
I have been taught to always do the right thing from home , to school to hanging with my friends and I live by those rules and try not to waver from those morals in life .

- I was moved up from h.s. freshman straight to varsity with 8 games left in the regular season. my first pitching start for varsity I let up 3 earned runs with 6 strikeouts and came out after 5 full innings winning 4-3 and had a no decision. the next game I pitched was against butler high school for the conference championship, I pitched a complete game 92 pitches winning 6-2 giving up 5 hits, 9 strikeouts,1 runner picked off of 1st base, 2 earned runs and no walks

- as a freshman I only played 7 games at the freshman level going 3-0 as a pitcher with 1 earned run throughout the three games , all games were complete games throwing less than 100 pitches in all 3 with a total of 2 walks in all 3 games as well . I also had 2 homeruns 15 rbis 0 errors at shortstop batting .468 with an on base percentage of .750 leading the team

- I play American legion baseball from age 14 an 8th grader to this year as well. at shortstop I had 1 error in 2 seasons hit .290 last year and .340 this season...pitching last year I was 3 and 2 and this year 4 and 1 records.

- our team had an 11-1 season and I was 6-0 as a pitcher with an era of 0.85 and averaged 10 strikeouts per game. As a batter I batted .535 hitting 1 homerun and my on base percentage was .750 with no errors at shortstop
