I am a Chinese-American student athlete and have loved baseball ever since I was a child. Although I began to play organized baseball at a later age of 9, I fell in love with the game and have been hooked since then. I am always looking to improve my skills, training the physical and mental aspects of baseball. Whether I am waking up early to watch game film or analyze my mechanics, I am not afraid of doing whatever it takes to get ahead of my competition. Baseball has taught me discipline, perseverance, and adaptability, which also have helped me succeed academically. I attend one of the top ranked public schools in NYC, as well as maintaining a high average there during my past years. I am able to balance the academic rigor of several AP and honors classes with highschool and travel baseball. When I am not at school or commuting I am at the cages getting swings in or throwing at the field. I am extremely thankful for my parents and coaches that have supported me on this journey and hope to play at the next level.
