My goals in life is to prove my family that all the sacrifices they put in me paid off. I want to play college baseball and in the hopes of getting drafted and playing professional baseball. The reason I play the game is because of the opportunities I have a chance to have. Another reason for me to play baseball is because my mother always had the vision of me going far in the sport, she would support me the best she could. Until on November 24, of 2018, on a Saturday evening I lost my mother in a homicide in the comfort of our own house. This traumatic event that I witnessed was very hard for a 15 year old to understand what happened and keep their head high to complete the dreams his and his mother had. I remember the event in a positive way because if it wasn't my mom to get killed, it would've been me and she saved my life so I can continue writing my own story. That's the motor many people see in me, if I experience times of failure, I just think about my mom and remember that I push myself for her because even to the last moment she fought to make sure I had the best opportunities in life. I strive to make sure people get the best of me, it could be in a game, school, or even in a day to day life.
