Boden Normile '28 Recruiting Profile

My name is Boden Normile, and I'm an 8th-grade baseball and football player at Voorheesville Middle School. As a two-sport athlete and student, I'm dedicated to excelling both on the field and in the classroom. My academics are my top priority, and I understand that grades always come first before sports. I currently maintain a 4.0 GPA and am committed to keeping it high throughout my academic career. My dedication to my studies was recognized at the beginning of eighth grade when I received the Principal's Award.

Ever since I was young, I've dreamt of attending college as a multi-sport student-athlete. Participating in baseball, football, and golf has instilled in me valuable qualities like respect, patience, and teamwork. I'm passionate about working out to improve my health, strength, and athleticism, allowing me to perform at my peak in all my sports. My hitting coach has played a crucial role in refining my swing, leading to significant improvements in my performance. In the 2022 spring ball season, I hit two home runs in twelve games, and in the 2023 fall ball, I achieved my first 60/90 homerun. Furthermore, I was proud to be a leader on my undefeated football team in 2023.

I'm excited to continue pursuing my academic and athletic goals at a higher level. I'm confident that my dedication, skills, and experience will make me a valuable asset to any college program.
