I am a God driven athlete that has been playing the sport of baseball since a very young age. As I have gotten older my passion for the sport has grown and I want to pursue it and play it for as long as possible.

God and Family

I come from a close family and we all love each other very much. My parents are still married and I have two brothers. I support them and they support me. There’s nothing more important to me than God and Family. Baseball is a close second.

Work Ethic

I consistently show up to workouts and private sessions because I understand that is what it takes to play at a high level. I realize I have reached a point in my career where relying on athletic ability and talent alone will result in mediocracy. As the competition level increases I find it’s the players who put in the most work find the most success, not the most talented.

Coachable

I pride myself on being a quick study. I watch and listen to the adjustments my coaches want me to make. Whether it’s a small mechanical adjustment during a private workout session or a specific conceptual approach during a game, I trust in my coaches experience and insight.

Competitor

I try to win everywhere, not just on the field. I love being the underdog and going against strong competition. I want to be pushed to my limits and I will push my teammates to their limits.

Sportsmanship

Winning is important but how you lose is more important. Recognizing how you treat people, including your competition, when you fail is important in sports and in life and is a great lesson to learn. I have a tremendous amount of respect for my competition because I know how much work it takes to be successful.
