Personal Statement

I am going into my senior year at Tiffin Columbian High School in Tiffin, Ohio. I started varsity as a Junior, playing SS/2B. I'm an honor roll student and also play varsity HS Golf.  During my 2023 HS season, I was selected 2nd Team All District (Div. 1, District 9) and Honorable Mention in the Sandusky Bay Conference. This summer I'm playing 19u American Legion Baseball for Findlay Post 3.

I've always loved baseball and have played on various local and travel teams since I was very young.  But it was during my HS Freshman year that I truly realized I wanted to pursue playing baseball during college.  I started JV as a freshman, but I was recruited to play shortstop for the 15u Premier Ohio team that summer, competing in the Cleveland-Area Ohio Prospects League and many Nations/5Tool/USSSA tournaments.  Following my sophomore season, I played for a Jr. American Legion team (Fostoria Post 73).  This summer I played for the 19u Findlay Post 3 American Legion team.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
