Hey Coach,
I am a successful 2015 Honor Rollgraduating student, currently taking a year off to train, work at my local baseball facility, and evaluate my priorities and weaknesses to make myself the best possible college student athlete in 2016. Academically I graduated with a 3.9 GPA in all academic classes and an internationally recognized french program certificate. I'm looking for a school where I can further my education with a program that fulfills all pre-requsuites for most law programs.
Athletically, I consider myself to be extremely strong defensively catcher, but a solid contact hitter at the plate; although I'm looking to increase my power numbers for the 2016 season through strength workouts and constant cage work. My pop time last season consistently sat at 1.9-2.0, with a velocity of around 80, but I look to bring these numbers up with drills and a long toss arm strengthening regiment. I'm fortunate to work at my city's only indoor baseball facility, providing me with the opportunity to train nearly 7 days a week while giving back to the baseball community I came from working camps, birthday parties and doing private training.
