Whether on or off the field: Growth, tenacity, and respect. These are three characteristics I value and work to demonstrate every day. My name is J.Brody Manley. I love the work it takes to be a great player. That means: hustle, drive, and commitment.

My drive to be the best means that I am willing to try new things based on feedback from my coaches and teachers. I know growth comes when I push myself outside of what is comfortable. This makes me coachable and adaptable.

As a student of the Game, I am determined to progress steadily forward. My teachers and coaches quickly recognize my strong sense of responsibility, my initiative, and consistently evaluate me as skilled at organisation and self-regulation, this means I hold myself to a high standard of respectful behaviour and technical skill. 

My lifelong love of this Game, when combined with my drive for excellence, makes me an ideal team member. I am always ready to listen, grow, work hard, and represent my team and my community well.
