Personal Statement
My goal is to play collegiate baseball and to get my degree in physical education. I've always been a natural leader on and off the field. I have always been a utility player on my teams however my primary positions have been 3rd base, 1st base and pitcher. I can also have played short and outfield. I am willing to be a team player and play wherever is needed. I also had the privilege to play in the Baseball Factory Under Amour World Series at Pirate City in Bradenton, Fl. My Sophomore year I played in the Under Armour PreSeason All American tournament in Mesa, AZ. I've played in many Baseball Factory events over the years. I am playing in my last Baseball Factory event in Mesa, AZ in December. I am grateful for the tools and coaching I have received at these events. I have also played for Hodgen Distributing 17U last summer and their 18U team this summer. I played for Washington Oregon East both last fall and this fall.
I enjoy working with others and encouraging those around me to achieve a common goal. My family and faith are very important to me. I strive to have integrity in everything I do whether it be in school, at home or on the field. I've always strived to be respectful and responsible to everyone around me no matter how they treat me or others. I am very involved in my church and youth group. This has helped me keep priorities in order and help keep a balanced life between family, church, school and sports.
