Personal Statement

I want to play baseball at the next level.  Baseball has been such an important role in my life.  It is such a challenging sport to play.  Because of this, the game pushes me to improve and to be my best self.  I love the physical and mental challenge of the game.  Playing at the next level will allow me to continue to become a better player and stay in the game I love.

I would be an asset to your program because I work hard, I don't give up, and I do my best work academically and physically.  I take my academics very seriously.  I am currently taking all honors classes available as a freshman.  I do my best work and try to find time to complete my studies.  As an athlete, I believe giving my all is going 110%.  I always encourage and support my teammates.  I always take what someone says to heart and try to apply it to an academic or athletic setting.

My goals are to get into a four year college and compete as a student athlete in a baseball program.  I want to get into a college that is the best fit academically and athletically.  My academic goals are to get an advanced degree in Science or Law.  My goals athletically are to play baseball at the highest level.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
