Baseball is my favorite sport. I am a multi sport athlete. During the winter I wrestle. I have been wrestling for 9 years. I have qualified for the state tournament 3 times. As a freshman I am starting on varsity and ranked a top 5 wrestler in my weight class. In the fall I am playing football as a running back and linebacker. But my favorite sport is baseball and I find time to practice year round. I also take school very seriously and have a 4.36 GPA this year. I am taking 5 honors classes this year.
I've been hitting baseball in the backyard since I was 2. My first community team was in kindergarten. I played on my first travel team when I was 7. I am currently playing on a national travel team called The Artillery. As an 8th grader I was the starting pitcher for our Freshman school team. Unfortunately I had an avulsion fracture in my elbow while pitching at the end of the school season. I am fully recovered and looking forward to a full season on school and travel baseball in 2022.
The reason why I love baseball is the challenge. In baseball you can do everything right and still get out or give up a hit. This makes me want to work harder every day. I enjoy the challenge.
I am looking to play baseball in college at a mid to large size school. I am starting my geography focus with the east coast, Midwest, and southeastern schools. I am most familiar with schools in these areas.
