Stephen Postek '26 Recruiting Profile

I currently attend Malvern Preparatory School and play both baseball and tackle football.  Baseball is my primary sport and I have been playing since I have been four years old, including six years of travel baseball with competitive programs and my High School team.  I currently have a 3.5 GPA as a Sophomore and academics are extremely important to me when making a college decision.  

I am passionate about the sport and the life lessons it teaches along the way. Managing through adversity and sometimes failure is something that will benefit me in the future.  I am a great teammate, I always try to maintain a positive attitude on the field and in the dugout.  I am extremely coachable and very athletic. I am a versatile player who has spent a significant amount of time in the MIF and I've also played 3B and CF.  I bat in the top three, I'm a technically sound contact hitter who can spread the ball around, has the foot speed to beat out ground balls in the infield, and a very solid glove hand defensively.

I would bring mental toughness, a positive attitude and leadership to your dugout and program.  My dream is to play baseball at the collegiate level and beyond and I look forward to impressing you with my work ethic on and off the field.
