Blake Turner '20 Recruiting Profile

I believe that hard work and determination is a major factor in success. I have always strived for success in every practice or game, and work to improve every day. I believe that success in performance doesn't happen overnight, but instead comes from a constant motivation and desire to grow and improve every day. I believe that a team will only perform well when all players have the same goal and desire to win each and every game, but more importantly the very next game. Respect is an attribute that I think is a mandatory characteristic that all players must have in order for a team to succeed. I believe that players also must always respect each one of their coaches and staff and always keep all negative thoughts of their own to themselves. This is a value that I have grown up with and have always worked very hard to improve and put into practice. One thing that I wish to accomplish would be to win a championship at any future school that I attend. I feel that no game or season should even be played if everyone on the team does not possess a desire to win and be great. Therefore, that is one of the reasons that I strive to play with everything that I have until the last out of the game.
