Ryland Byrd '24 Recruiting Profile

 I am a Sophomore at All Saints Episcopal School in Fort Worth, TX.  This summer I will play for the Dulin Dodgers 16U scout team coached by Chris Godwin.  In addition to sports, I am also enrolled in the All Saints Honors College and currently have a 4.0 GPA in High School.  I am a right handed pitcher, and my strength is my control and my ability to recognize hitter weaknesses to get batters out. I throw a 4 seam fastball which sits low 80’s and has topped 85 mph. I also throw a slider, a 12/6 curve and a change up. I pride myself on my leadership skills and work ethic. I lead not only vocally but also by example. My goal is to play Division 1 baseball at a  strong academic university where I can continue developing my baseball career while pursuing a degree in Business.
