My name is Cutter Davidson. I am entering my Senior year at Sam Rayburn High School in Ivanhoe, Tx. I am 5’8” and 165 lbs. I am a righty who has played most infield positions but 3B is my primary position and passion. I am dedicated to contributing to the growth and development of my high school and travel team and would love the opportunity to play at the next level.
My first t-ball practice when I was 5. That’s the day I fell in love with the game and committed to myself to take it as far as I can. My parents told me then, that they would always support and match my effort, but that it had to be my goal and dream in order for me to succeed.
When I was 10, I made an error on the field during a tournament and my coach really got after me. After the game, my parents told me to take it as a compliment because that meant my coach saw potential and wouldn’t accept mediocrity when he knew I was capable of more. That has stuck with me as I’ve grown up. It has allowed me to be coachable and to see correction as growth. I have been blessed with coaches and teammates who have helped me become who I am both on and off the field.
I believe in working hard to achieve goals and strive to learn something new everyday. My goal is to become a better player, student and person everyday.
