Connor Belvin '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Connor Belvin I am going into my senior year at Klein High In Dec I committed to Texarkana College and was offered a 80% scholarship. We have recently found out they will be terminating their athletic program come June 2012. My passion to excel in baseball matches my desire to be the best. Hard work, strength & conditioning  a great attitude & being a team player are all parts of the game that I have to offer. Setting goals and working on them both on & off the field are very important to me.I am 5'11" 184 & have a very strong arm.My best attribute is hitting for power & being able to hit to the opposite field.. I realized that baseball is a year round sport & gave up football to be able to succeed at a higher baseball level. I have played on a number of championship teams from The Perfect Game to the BCS in Florida. Now I am a Sr I am looked upon as a team leader on the field & in the dugout. Playing baseball at the college level has always been a goal .No matter what Divison or conference I will always give 100% both on the field & in the class room.  Thank You for your time.
