I grew up playing baseball, watching and studying a specific pitcher named Pedro Martinez. I know how a pitcher should think and how pitching is more than just throwing different pitches, but actually setting up to get an out with the pitch. My mentality when i'm pitching is not getting strikeouts but producing ground outs and fly outs, if i get a strikeout... hey that's a bonus for me. I have the desire to learn new things in baseball, because in baseball there's always something new. The thing I like to do is have confidence in myself and the way I do that is by looking at batters with some intimidation. Pedro Martinez said "baseball has a little bit of psychology". I liked this because, this told me I can show people what I got and that I won't go down without a fight.
For my collegiate goal and aspirations I wanna graduate with an bachelor's degree and go on to graduate school to go into physical therapy or athletic training.
