My dream is to play baseball in college. I also want to get a degree in criminal justice because I have always been fascinated with the law and law enforcement. Playing baseball all my life has molded me into a team player which is essential to becoming a police officer or detective. I will graduate high school with 12 college credits. It has been challenging and time-consuming, and I am proud of that accomplishment. I believe that anything is possible with hard work and staying focused.
I am currently attending Fitchburg State University (D3) because I was recruited to play first base by Coach Keith Brouillard. Unfortunately, he left Fitchburg State, and the new coach Ryan Parker decided to keep only two first basemen that were veterans on the team. My first experience with a college team taught me the discipline needed to play baseball in college and maintain a good GPA so I know I am capable of doing the hard work athletically and academically.
