Christopher Cochran '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Christopher Cochran.   I am 5'11" and weigh 170 lbs. I am a Senior at Willis High School in Willis, Tx, and play second base.  As a freshmen, I was awarded the JV Hustle Award.  I am a 3 year lettermen on varsity.  Last year I was awarded First Team All-District 2nd basemen and First Team All-County 2nd basemen for Montgomery County.  Last season we went 12-4 and made it to the 3rd round in playoffs, getting knocked off by Brenham. This year, I was awarded All-District Honorable Mention, and we made it to the playoffs.

When I am not playing for high school, I play for the Houston Raiders. I have always enjoyed playing at the highest level. I work hard on my game whether it be during the off season or practice during season. I am a team player on and off the field, to help myself and my team achieve success.

My dream is to be able to play baseball while going to college. I love baseball, it has been an important part of my life.  I respect the game, and want to play at the next level.   I believe this will help me become a better student, team player, and person allowing me to acheive my goal.  My goal is to become a dermatologist.
