Shayden Jones '21 Recruiting Profile

The most memorable part of my baseball career so far has been competing in the Colorado State tournament, and taking 3rd. This was my final game with my club team, the Casper Crush. I still remember the game as if it was yesterday. I put up one of my best defensive games of year, with 6 chances and 6 putouts. At the plate I got one single, and the final at bat of the game, and our season. I hit a hard line drive to the third base side of the field, looking like it may turn out to be a single, but the third baseman timed his jump, and made a great play. 

Now I live in Washington, where I hope my career will continue to flourish, and I can get more exposure to college coaches. I believe I have the work ethic and the will to compete at the college level, and will do whatever it takes to get there. I have been improving as an athlete, and as a student. I know I have what it takes.
