Tre Kerns '12 Recruiting Profile

Versatility is my middle name and baseball is the game…  Standing at 6 ‘1 weighing 185 pounds, I can fill any spot on your team. My expertise is in Centerfield, Catching, and 3rd base. I exude excellence in my strength, and speed.  Strong leadership is what I will bring to your team.  My belief is to be a leader at every level. For example, as a freshman I started on varsity and made it my goal to out run and out play every upperclassman to show my dedication and appreciation for earning that spot.  As a senior I am talking to other students selling our team and showing a winning attitude to reach more players.  Leadership is an attribute I show in the classroom too. Earning a GPA of 3.6, and, ACT score of 25. Involved in many extracurricular activities such as student council, student body officer, gear up and volunteering in my community. 

Bottom line, I want to play baseball at the collegiate level.  I am open to most programs, as long as, I can immediately fill a spot on a winning team and your school can provide me with financial stability.  Together with my athletic skills and academic achievements, I can be that missing link. My passion is baseball, and my goal is to be successful in life.  Therefore, it is important for me to major in Exercise Physiology, or Sports Medicine. 

My peers would describe me as hardworking, driven, and honest. This has been proven by my accolades: 1^stTeam All County, 1st Team NCAC,  RBI County Leader, and Honorable mention All State.  I am looking forward to learning more about your program, and meeting you, so you can learn more about me!
